Our tailors use treadless mechanics to ensure flexible, neat and long lasting seems. The staple of Egyptian cotton is very long. During the combing of the cotton before weaving we stretch that staple to give the cotton a memory of being straight. This results in the shirts holding their shape very well and not creasing as much.
